Made this Eggless Vanilla Cake yesterday for a family get-together. This Vanilla Cake recipe is very simple, soft and yummy. :)

Preheat Temperature - 180ºC
Baking Time - 25 mins
Recipe Servings - 6
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Plain Flour (Maida)
- 1 cup Milk Powder
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Sugar (Powdered)
- 1 cup Clotted Cream (Malai)
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Ghee
- less then 1/4 tsp Salt
- 4-5 drops Lemon Juice
- 4-5 drops Vanilla Essence
METHOD
Step 1 - Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Step 2 - Mix all the above ingredients together in a large bowl and blend well. Whisk for about 50 to 60 minutes only and make a lump free batter. But don't overdo it.
Step 3 - Grease the baking pan and distribute 1-2 tsp of flour & cover the entire interior of the pan. Let the flour stick to the greased surface. Invert the pan and tap it gently with your hand to remove any excess flour.
Step 4 - Pour the whole batter into the pan and bake it for 25-30 minutes till a tooth pick inserted in the cake comes out clean. In my oven, it took 25 minutes for Vanilla cake to bake.
Step 5 - Once the cake is baked, remove from the oven and allow it to cool in cake pan for about 5 minutes.
Step 6 - Your soft and delicious eggless vanilla cake is ready.
